On behalf of The College Funding Coach®, we would like to introduce you to the College Funding Service Center. Welcome to our team!
Your team members in addition to PLANNER are Theresa Palmer and Stephanie and Kimberly Hoffman.
Theresa Palmer, your Student Positioning Counselor, will work with you on career planning, college selection and academic matters.
Stephanie and Kimberly Hoffman will be your first point of contact and will work with you on all matters related to financial aid forms, financial aid awards, appeals, plus ongoing Engus communications, and questions.
Let’s get started!
First, schedule your Onboarding session. In this session, Kimberly Hoffman, will gather general contact information for your family, introduce you to your personalized Student-Family Web Portal, ENGUS and orient you to your college planning service. Please schedule this session within the next 1-2 weeks.

The Onboarding session is done via Zoom, a videoconferencing service. Please go to www.zoom.us to download the application to your computer prior to the meeting.
Second, log into ENGUS
ENGUS is an indispensable element of our service. ENGUS is where we work together to deliver your college planning services. You will find valuable resources tailored to students and parents.
To access ENGUS, go to www.engus.info, select Student/Family

You will be prompted to establish new permanent passwords and to log in a second time for security purposes.
Third, complete your Focus2 Assessment
The assessment consists of four inventories – interest, values skills, and personality. The Focus2 assessment is the prerequisite to the Student Positioning Session.
In ENGUS, from the Quick Links menu, select Career Prep

Navigate to Self-Assessment - Discover majors & occupations
Complete all four sections - Work Interest, Values, Personality and Skills
Fourth, schedule your Student Positioning session.
Once you have completed your Focus2 Assessment, please call us, or click on the link below to schedule your Student Positioning session. It will last approximately 60 minutes. We require you and a parent to participate in the session and need you all to be able to go online. Add our Monthly Live calls to your calendar. Once logged into Engus, select Communication Support / College Planning Session

A customized College Tracking List has been created to monitor your progress. In ENGUS, navigate to Student/Family Action List > College Tracking List
