As General Manager, Brian O’Neill leads growth and innovation initiatives at The College Funding Coach. More specifically, Brian leads development of The College Funding Coach’s systems, methods, and resources to further its expansion as a high quality, trusted resource in many more communities throughout the United States.
Previously, Brian served as President and Chief Financial Officer of DeepMile Networks, LLC, a consulting firm providing customized training, data analysis, and technology services. Prior to DeepMile, Brian served as a Finance Manager at the CoStar Group, a leader in information and marketing services for the commercial real estate industry. At CoStar Brian held responsibilities in Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining CoStar, Brian worked in Forensics accounting at KPMG and Arthur Andersen. He earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
In his spare time, Brian is passionate about serving youth and community causes. He was honored to be named Big Brother of the Year for the National Capital Area in 2016, having served as a Big Brother since 1999 and in several volunteer leadership positions. Brian is on the Board of Directors of Bridges to Independence, a non-profit serving youth and families affected by homelessness in Arlington, Virginia. He is also the Co-Founder founder of the Dean R. O’Neill Renal Cell Cancer Research Fund, which works in partnership with the Foundation for the National Institutes for Health to advance kidney cancer research. Each fall, Brian organizes the Boo! 10K Run and Walk in Washington DC to help support the Fund. Brian lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife Amanda and their two children.
