The College Funding Coach is a national organization created to educate parents on strategies that minimize their out-of-pocket costs for their children’s future college education. Since 2002\, our free educational workshop\, Little-Known Secrets of Paying for College\, has instructed parents on the often-confusing and anxiety-producing path of planning financially for their children’s college educations. After working with 1\,311 schools and 232\,345 parents over the last 22 years\, we’ve found that the three biggest reasons counselors seek our help are: \n1) They’re frustrated when families haven’t planned how they’ll afford college\, and it’s the students who feel heartbroken.
